This policy explains how She Uprising handles returns and refunds for purchases made through our store.
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
Due to our Hoodies and other apparel being made to order and professionally printed, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the limited situations outlined below.
All refund or exchange claims must be lodged within 15 days of receiving your order.
1. POOR QUALITY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective or of poor quality, email us within 15 days with:

A clear photo of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Please note: Our print partner does not consider damage to packaging (e.g., a dented box) as a valid reason for return.
2. WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED
If the wrong item was sent, email us within 15 days with:

A photo of the incorrect product received
We will provide a replacement or full refund.
3. MISSING ITEMS
If part of your order is missing, email us within 15 days with:

A list of the missing items
We will resend the missing item or issue a refund.
4. SIZING & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your She Uprising Apparel.
If an item doesn't fit quite right, we offer one-time free size exchanges for clothing (including hoodies) to help you find your perfect fit.
How it works:
1. Request your exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size only.
3. We can accomodate size changes up to a 2-size difference from the original order.
4. Please include your order number, the new size requested, and a brief note about the fit.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Because every item is made to order and printed on demand, we cannot offer full refunds for sizing issues; only size exchanges are available.
If you requested a size that differs by more than 2 sizes from the original, it will be treated as a new order.
We recommend carefully reviewing our detailed sizing charts before placing your order.
5. CHANGE OF MIND
No returns are accepted for change of mind on made-to-order hoodies.
