Why This Page Exists
This page exists to help you understand how She Uprising supports women safely, ethically, and within clear boundaries.
She Uprising is a non-clinical, education-based wellbeing initiative created to support women in reconnecting with themselves through self-regulation, nervous system awareness, breath-led practices, and trauma-informed education.
Our work is grounded in safety, choice, and empowerment, and is designed to complement - not replace - professional mental health or medical advice.
What She Uprising Offers
She Uprising provides non-clinical wellbeing support, including:

Education-based workshops and group experiences

Guided Breathwork and Breath-led self-regulation practices

Nervous system awareness and grounding tools

Trauma-informed psychoeducation

Reflective and integrative practices

Community-based spaces for connection and self-understanding
These offerings are designed to help women:

feel safer in their bodies

understand their responses to stress and overwhelm

reconnect with themselves without pressure or judgement

develop practical self-regulation tools they can use in daily life
What She Uprising Does Not Provide
To support clarity and safety, it's also important to be clear about what She Uprising does not provide:

Counselling or psychotherapy

Mental health diagnosis

Clinical assessment or treatment

Crisis intervention

Medical or psychological advice
Our offerings are non-clinical and do not replace support from qualified health or mental health professionals.
Education-Based & Trauma-Informed Approach
All She Uprising offerings are facilitated through a trauma-informed lens, meaning we prioritise:

Non-pathologising language

Respect for lived experience

Autonomy and self-agency
Participation is always optional, and individuals are encouraged to engage at their own pace.
Current Training & Professional Development
She Uprising is committed to ongoing learning and ethical practice.
The founder of She Uprising is currently undertaking and/or completing train in:

Certified Breathwork Facilitation

Certificate IV in Mental Health (commencing February 2026)

These studies support the quality and integrity of She Uprising's non-clinical educational offerings and inform how spaces are held safely, ethically, and responsibly.
Referrals and External Support
Where appropriate, She Uprising may encourage individuals to seek additional support from external qualified professionals such as:

Other licensed health professionals
Any referrals shared are external and independent. She Uprising does not provide or manage clinical care.
Our Commitment
She Uprising exists to remind women that it is safe to come back to themselves.
